This workshop, led by Daniel DiLallo, explores the vast world of human movement beyond labels and disciplines. From yoga and fitness to martial arts, dance, strength training, flexibility, and even circus-inspired skills movement connects them all.
Drawing inspiration from Ido Portal’s philosophy, Daniel will guide you to experience movement as a universal language: we are humans first, movers second, and specialists last. A fresh perspective on expanding your movement practice
Whether you’re a yogi, athlete, martial artist, or just curious about moving better, this workshop is designed to inspire, challenge, and expand your idea of what’s possible.
To manipulate an object is to awaken dialogue between hand, eye, and intention. It’s not about juggling or tricks it’s about developing sensitivity, rhythm, and timing. The object becomes a mirror: when you lose focus, it falls. Through ball play, stick work, and improvisation, we cultivate presence and control, discovering that mastery lives in the subtle conversation between tension and release.
The floor is our first teacher. Ground work reconnects us to primal patterns crawling, rolling, bridging, spiraling movements that shaped our evolution long before chairs and shoes did. We explore how to yield, flow, and rise again. The ground humbles and refines us, teaching efficiency, adaptability, and grace in motion. It’s not about learning “moves,” but learning to move to find freedom in every transition.
Resilience is trained, not gifted. Prehab and rehab are the disciplines of longevity understanding how to prepare, recover, and sustain a lifetime of practice. We’ll explore joint mobility, structural balance, and intelligent strength not as isolated drills, but as rituals of maintenance. The goal is not to avoid pain but to build a body that listens, adapts, and thrives under the demands of real life.
Movement is not only a physical practice it’s a culture, a philosophy, a dialogue. In our lecture and note-sharing sessions, we bridge theory and experience. Expect stories, principles, and provocations from movement teachers, philosophers, and pioneers. Here we question dogma, redefine fitness, and sharpen the mind behind the mover. Bring your curiosity, your notebook, and your humility.
Somatics is the internal frontier the study of sensing, perceiving, and organizing movement from within. Inspired by the work of Feldenkrais, Rolf, and Gindler, this pillar invites subtlety over force and awareness over effort. You’ll learn to move less to feel more to rewire patterns of tension, pain, and disconnect through intention and exploration. Somatic practice is where performance meets presence; where movement becomes meditation.

Movement is not something you do — it’s something you live.
When the workshop ends, the real training begins: every step, reach, fall, and recovery becomes part of your education. You’ll walk away not with routines, but with awareness — a new lens through which to see your body and the world around you. This is an invitation to stay curious, to keep exploring, and to carry movement into every moment of your life. Because when we move well, we live well — and when we live fully, we move through life with purpose.
